Stevens Towing worked with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources to deploy 3,000 tons of material for an off-shore artificial reef 15 miles off the coast of Brunswick, Ga.  The Stevens team loaded the material consisting of steel chicken coups and concrete ruble to one of our ABS deck barges at Liberty Harbor in Brunswick.  Our ABS tug Sea Crescent towed the barge to the reef site.  Once on station, our team worked with Georgia DNR to make sure the material was precisely placed.
